This webspace explores the journey of the Venezuelan ají dulce to Spain, and its importance for the Venezuelan diaspora as both a 'taste of home', but also as a cultural artefact which needs preserving in the context of crisis, departure, and arrival.

Navigating through this space will enable you to explore what the ají is, what it means, and where it has been.

Watch this space as our project develops and evolves to include more perspectives, histories, and content.

This space also serves as a virtual exhibition space for Harry's MRes Dissertation due to be completed Sept' 2022.
